A1Books India is a true marketplace where individual sellers are allowed to
sell their items through A1Books.co.in. Each THIRD PARTY SELLER will have his
or her own return policy. When the buyer makes a purchase, he or she should
carefully read the return policy of the THIRD PARTY SELLER from whom they
chose to buy. If the buyer faces any issues with the THIRD PARTY SELLER not
adhering to the promised policy, please email A1Books India at
helpdesk@a1books.co.in. A1Books India is only a platform and will not accept
or process any THIRD PARTY SELLER returns.
Except as set forth, under the guidelines below, all purchases are
non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective
or incorrectly shipped.
If you receive an item different than what was described in your order
confirmation email, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated,
please review the Return Policy for that THIRD PARTY SELLER and email them
reporting the condition of the item on receipt.
Returns of all damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items must be
postmarked within 15 days of the date on your packing slip. Buyers are
requested to send the items along with the following paperwork to the
THIRD PARTY SELLER to better process the return requests.
- Packing Slip / Invoice
- Reason for return
- Printout of the email correspondence with the third party seller.
If the order is REFUSED, RETURNED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, INCORRECT
ADDRESS, UNCLAIMED or does not have a reason enclosed, the third party seller
is entitled to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the sale price or INR 25.00
(whichever value is greater).
Upon the third party seller.s determination that the product is damaged,
defective or the wrong item was shipped, the seller will issue a full
refund of the amount and shipping cost for that item unless specified
otherwise in THE THIRD PARTY SELLER return policy. Reimbursing return shipping
charges for the buyer will be left to the discretion of the third party seller
as mentioned in his return policy. This process usually takes about 15-20
business days from the day the sellers receive your return.
NOTE: Electronic, CD, VHS or DVD products where the factory seal on the box has been broken or opened cannot be returned unless defective. All returns must include the original factory packaging.

A1BOOKS INDIA MAKES REASONABLE EFFORTS TO ENSURE THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION MADE AVAILBALE ON THE SITE. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, A1BOOKS INDIA DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SITE OR REPRESENT THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS ERROR-FREE. ALL INFORMATION SET FORTH ON THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT IN THE EVENT ANY INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PRICING OR FEATURES OF THE PRODUCTS IS MATERIALLY INACCURATE THEN YOU SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RETURN ANY ITEM PURCHASED BASED UPON THE INACCURATE INFORMATION AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON THE SITE ARE SOLD AS IS. WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ANY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON THE SITE IS PROVIDED SOLELY BY THE MANUFACTURER THEREOF.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL A1BOOKS INDIA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY SUCH DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT THEREFROM, EVEN IF A1BOOKS INDIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
GENERAL
This Policy is governed by the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Policy shall lie exclusively with the state courts in New Delhi, India. If any part of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision most closely matching the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this Policy will continue in effect. We may assign our rights and responsibilities hereunder without notice to you. Any violation of this Policy may result in termination of our service to you.
